With an extensive background in finance and accounting, Kim brings a wealth of experience in overseeing complex financial operations and driving strategic growth initiatives.

A graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Kim brings over 30 years of finance and accounting experience across diverse industries, including financial services, digital advertising, IT consulting, and custom software development, with a particular focus on supporting the growth and evolution of early-stage companies and international expansion.
Known for his broad knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, Kim has worked extensively with private equity, venture capital, and investment banking partners. His expertise in M&A activities complements his ability to optimize processes, re-engineer business procedures, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable value. Kim is a trusted advisor, leveraging his hands-on approach and strategic insights to support teams, enhance enterprise value, and foster organizational growth.
