Wageningen, The Netherlands – Ceradis B.V., a global developer and marketer of environmentally friendly plant nutrition and crop protection solutions, has announced the appointment of Lon Kreger as its new Sales and Marketing Leader.
Kreger will succeed Jan Stechmann, who is leaving Ceradis to pursue an executive management position outside the agriculture sector.
Kreger, a high-impact leader with 16 years of experience, will oversee strategic sales and marketing initiatives to accelerate innovation, growth, and profitability for the company. His focus will include expanding market share, enhancing distributor and retail engagement, and driving grower adoption of Ceradis’ rapidly growing portfolio of bio-solutions.

Kreger’s appointment marks a new chapter for Ceradis, which continues to invest in groundbreaking solutions that help growers address the challenges of modern agriculture while reducing environmental impact.
Currently, Ceradis manufactures and distributes a portfolio of highly innovative solutions including CeraMax biological seed treatment, which is registered for use in the U.S. and Brazil. Kreger will immediately assume responsibility for the company’s market expansion strategy for CeraMax while also working closely with distributor and retailer partners to increase product awareness, education, and sales.
Previously, Kreger served as the International Business Development Leader for NewLeaf Symbiotics. Before that, he was Chief Commercial Officer for MagrowTec. Kreger has also held domestic and international business development roles with Heliae Development, Loveland Products and Arysta Life Sciences.
