Wilbur-Ellis Agribusiness announced it acquired the assets of Innovative Seed and Consulting, a full-service agribusiness retailer located in Claremont, Minn.
“Becoming part of Wilbur-Ellis will provide us with the long-term resources necessary to compete in today’s rapidly-changing agribusiness environment and to enable us to continue to deliver the exceptional service and premier product lines our customers both deserve and expect,” said Dean Schrom, Innovative Seed and Consulting owner.
Innovative Seed and Consulting has been a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 2007.
“As we made our decision to sell, we wanted our business to continue as a successful, family-owned business and Wilbur-Ellis provided that opportunity," Schrom said.
As of Feb. 24, Innovative Seed and Consulting’s employees and assets became part of Wilbur-Ellis Company.
